You have our "Paw of Honour" that all BigTed Teddies carry a 1 Year International Warranty.
Our Birmingham based team are available 5 days a week, via Phone, Email or WhatsApp to assist you.
Simply return your unwanted item within 14 days of receipt unused, unopened, have all tags on and in its original condition and original packaging, your return must be in a re-sellable condition.
Before returning, you must contact our customer service team via email at sales@big-ted.co.uk who will supply you with a returns number.

You must notify us within 3 working days after receiving your order. You can contact us by phone or email.
Notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a solution. You must notify us within 3 working days of delivery to report any faults/damages.
You can receive a refund if the item hasn’t been shipped yet. We will provide a refund in the original form of payment. If the item has been shipped, you must follow our returns policy.
Our orders are prepared with an upmost care. However, in the rare case this does happen, we will cover the return carriage using our chosen courier and ship out your new item as soon as we receive the original item back.
99% of our deliveries arrive on your selected delivery date. We ship using DPD Next Day Delivery, however, there are rare circumstances where they might not deliver on time, this can happen during peak periods around Christmas time for example. So, we recommend during these busy holiday times that you select a delivery date a few days prior to your special day.
You will receive your refund within 5-7 working days.
If you want to cancel your order you can do it 48 hours before the date you selected for it to be shipped. For cancelations contact us by email or by phone.
