Each white teddy bear is handmade and hand-stuffed locally in Birmingham, skilfully crafted with the utmost care. They take hours of crafting to come to life and once filled to an optimum weight, our specialists inspect each big white teddy bear and hand brushes them to maintain quality.

Where an order is received by 9am, Monday to Thursday, the delivery of your teddy bear will be made via courier the next day. Orders received after 9am Monday-Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered within two working days.
Next day delivery is not available on personalised products, or deliveries outside mainland UK.

Where an order is received by 9am Friday, delivery will be made via courier on the coming Saturday. Orders received after 9am Friday, or on will be delivered via Saturday delivery the next Saturday or via Next day delivery on your demand.

How is my BigTed Packaged?
Your BigTed will come in a beautifully designed gift box straight from our headquarters in Birmingham, England. To ensure the highest quality, we NEVER vacuum compress BigTed, so you can expect the perfect teddy straight out the box, a great surprise for your loved ones.
Returns Information
BigTed Returns Policy Overview
You have 14 calendar days to return your soft toy from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your bear must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning a parcel, please ensure:
The teddy is packed well to ensure it arrives in its original state, and use the original packaging where possible. A letter with your dispatch note is enclosed detailing the order number, your address, contact details and reason for return. (This helps to process the return quickly.)
Once we receive your teddy bear, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
If you have any questions regarding your returned item please contact the customer services team.
Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for items during transit back to us and all returns will be sent at your own cost.
